Summer Camp Enrollment Forms

There is no other facility in downtown Washington like the YMCA National Capital. We offer a wide variety of Health and Wellness classes such as yoga and tai chi, dance/choreography-based classes like AfroBrazillian and step I-III, athletic based classes, mind/body fitness classes, and so much more! Learn to swim in our 25-meter indoor pool, take Scuba lessons, or swim laps before work. We are right here in your community whether you live or work here. It's all right here just for you!

Building Hours

Monday - Friday:	5:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Saturday:	8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Sunday:	9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Building is locked 30 minutes after operations end.

Business Office Hours

Monday - Thursday:	8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday:	8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Designated Saturday:	8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
